About the role
Report to the General Manager
- Manage the sales budget for the specified region, and take the responsibility for the whole regional team's performance.
- Work as sales respresentative when the team is not ready, and build the team with solid experience in the construction machinery industry.
- Visit end customers and agents; establish, maintain and update systematic files regularly.
- Visiting customers, establishing customer files systematically and updating timely
- Discover and guide customers procurement needs, pass customers demand information to the marketing team.
- Follow up the progress of close deals, analyze the reasons of losing sales, and write analysis reports.
- Collect market intelligence and competitors business intelligence.
