Zoomlion Unveils Innovative Products at Sydney DDT Expo,Smart Manufacturing Empowers Australia’s New Infrastructure Journey


 

From May 16 to 18, 2025, Zoomlion, a global leader in high-end equipment manufacturing, participated in the 2025 National Diesel Dirt and Turf Expo (DDT) in Sydney, Australia. Under the theme “Green Intelligence for a Better Future,” Zoomlion showcased a range of flagship earthmoving machinery and aerial work platforms (AWPs), presenting its latest technological innovations and intelligent solutions in construction machinery to the Australian and Asia-Pacific markets, and empowering infrastructure and energy sector upgrades across the region.

At the exhibition, over ten Zoomlion excavators and skid steer loaders were neatly lined up, showcasing futuristic designs and robust performance. The impressive display highlighted Zoomlion’s leading strength in the earthmoving machinery sector, drawing attention from industry visitors around the world.

 

A wide range of Zoomlion’s star earthmoving models made a striking appearance at the expo, covering the full tonnage spectrum from 1.8 to 22 tons. These flagship products were specially developed to meet the Australian market’s dual demand for high-efficiency operations and low-carbon, environmentally friendly solutions. Highlights included the 1.8-ton micro excavator ZE18GU, 2.7-ton ZE27GU, 5.5-ton compact excavator ZE55GU, 15-ton medium excavator ZE145GU, 22-ton ZE225GPRO, and the ZT090V crawler skid steer loader.

These models demonstrate Zoomlion’s leading innovation and expertise in intelligent and compact equipment. Designed for a wide range of applications—urban construction, landscaping, farming, and municipal maintenance—they feature outstanding flexibility, energy efficiency, and multi-functionality. Their debut drew significant attention from industry professionals, with many stopping to observe, inquire, and explore potential collaborations.

 


In the aerial work platform sector, the ZT58J telescopic boom lift stood out with its impressive 58.8-meter maximum working height and 25.5-meter horizontal outreach. With industry-leading precision positioning capabilities, it is ideal for high-difficulty operations such as high-rise building maintenance and wind turbine installation.

Also on display was the ZTH4018 telehandler, featuring a maximum lifting height of 17.6 meters and a rated load capacity of 4,000 kilograms—making it a top choice for heavy material handling tasks. Equipped with optional attachments such as platforms, buckets, and lifting arms, the ZTH4018 meets a wide range of customer needs, delivering multifunctional performance and high efficiency on job sites.

During the expo, Zoomlion arranged dynamic demonstrations tailored to the features of its earthmoving machinery, allowing attendees to directly experience the outstanding operational performance. Skid steer loaders maneuvered agilely across the demonstration area, impressing the audience with precise control and drawing enthusiastic applause. The lively atmosphere gave visitors a firsthand understanding of Zoomlion’s technological strength, deepening their trust and recognition of the brand.

Following the presentations and live demos, many customers expressed strong interest in Zoomlions products. Strategic cooperation agreements were signed on-site with several local Australian companies, covering multiple skid steer loaders and mini excavators, fully reflecting the market’s high recognition of Zoomlion’s brand and products.
